SAME - DAY SHIPPING DEADLINE
All orders received before 11:00 AM EST are shipped the same day.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Customs occasionally may delay a package for further inspection, unfortunately we have no control over these rare delays.

LOST, STOLEN, OR RETURNED ORDERS
While rare, lost or stolen orders do happen. If your order is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the carrier to file a claim. Priority Mail carries a standard $50 insurance and additional insurance required must be purchased by the buyer.
